We are grateful to your contributions to to ICGEC-2014.
The online Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing from Springer has detailed instructions and related files for authors in the preparation of camera-ready manuscripts and copyright forms.
This Author Guide contains additional information on how to submit your camera-ready manuscripts and copyright forms to ICGEC-2014.
You are kindly reminded with the following issues:
1. Important Due Dates - Due date for camera-ready manuscript: August 10, 2014.
- Due date for copyright form: August 10, 2014.
2. Paper Formatting - For each paper, there is a 10-page limitation, including all figures, tables, and references. Authors will be allowed 2 extra pages at a cost of US $50 per additional page.
- The detailed specification of the paper format are given in the following templates:
- Please do use above templates directly in the formatting of your camera-ready manuscripts.
3. Camera-Ready Manuscript - The Springer demands BOTH source files (LaTeX source files, *.tex, *.eps or Word, *.doc, etc.) and pdf file (Portable Document Format) in the proceedings editing.
- Please place the pdf file and all required source files for your camera-ready manuscript in the same directory and compress them into a single compressed file in zip format.
- Please use your assigned Paper ID No. in the naming of your camera-ready manuscripts, such as ICGEC-2014-0001.zip and ICGEC-2014-IS01-01.zip.
- For General Session submitted to submission system , please upload your camera-ready manuscripts via the conference web site at http://bit.kuas.edu.tw/~icgec14/ using your previous account/password by August 10, 2014.
- For Invited Session, please send your camera-ready manuscripts directly to your Session Organizers by August 10, 2014.
4. Copyright Form - A signed copyright form is required for your papers to be included in the conference proceedings.
- Please download and print out the copyright form: http://bit.kuas.edu.tw/~icgec14/copyrightlncs.pdf
- Please fill in related fields and sign it.
a. Title of the Book/Volume/Conference: The Eighth International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing.
b. Volume Editor(s): Hui Sun, Chin-Yu Yang, Chun-Wei Lin, Jeng-Shyang Pan, Vaclav Snasel and Ajith Abraham. - Please scan the signed copyright release form and convert it into pdf.
- Please use your assigned Paper ID No. in the naming of your signed copyright forms, such as ICGEC-2014-0001-cf.pdf and ICGEC-2014-IS01-01-cf.pdf.
- For General Session submitted to submission system , please upload your signed copyright forms via the conference web site at http://bit.kuas.edu.tw/~icgec14/ using your previous account/password by August 10, 2014.
