Please send a message to inform us whether you will participate in IAS-2009 before June 25.
In case you can not attend the conference, please send your presentation file (*.ppt) to "ias09@bit.kuas.edu.tw" together with the related information listed as below before July 10, then the IAS-2009 conference proceeding CD and the receipt will be posted to you.Our staffs will replay your presentation file during the conference for you.
The required information for sending the proceeding CD and the receipt is:

| Papers are invited from prospective authors with interest on the related areas. Each paper should follow the IEEE paper format
with title, authors' names, affiliations and email addresses, an up to 150-words abstract, and a two-column body with 4 single-spaced pages and with font size at 10 pts. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format only. Before submitting your papers, please
