    The CPS's Online Submission System is Ready

    The CPS's online submission system for ICICIC-2009 is listed as follows: "http://www.submitpapers.com"
    Please follow the steps to finish the final submission:

    1. Go to http://www.submitpapers.com and click on the item "New Users - Click here" to register an account.
    2. You will be asked for a Conference ID which is icicic09.
    3. Once you have created an account, you may upload your file.

    All material must be submitted no later than August 31, 2009.
    Access to this site will expire at that time.
    If there are any questions, your Conference Coordinator's email address is loconner@computer.org.

Paper Submission
Papers are invited from prospective authors with interest on the related areas. Each paper should follow the IEEE paper format (DOC, LaTex Formatting Macros) with title, authors' names, affiliations and email addresses, an up to 150-words abstract, and a two-column body with 4 single-spaced pages and with font size at 10 pts. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format only. Before submitting your papers, please register to get the user ID and password for the paper submission.
