Feb. 20 The submission system is open for authors to submit the camera-ready paper and copyright form.

Feb. 18 The early bird registration is due on March 3, 2014.

Feb. 18 The registration of accpted papers is due on March 3, 2014.

Feb. 17 Notifications of paper review has been announced in the submission system and emailed to the corresponding authors.

Feb. 09,2014 The notification date of paper review evaluation will extended to Feb.17, 2014.
