  Suspension of Submission System
  For reason of maintenance of regional power system, the online submission system will suspend its service from 22:00 on August 1st to 19:00 on August 3rd (GMT+08:00). We ask for your pardon for the inconveniency and look forward to your revisiting.

  The better presented papers for IIH-MSP 2008 will be selected to be published on the special issue of International Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control (IJICIC) (2007 impact factor : 1.537) .

• 2008-04-12
  All papers included in the proceedings of IIHMSP-2008 will be also included in the IEEE Xplore digital library (the IEL). To ensure the availability and the compatibility of your camera-ready copy, the Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of IEEE Computer Society had prepared a renewed online submission system and asks our authors to conduct the final submission via it by May 7, 2008.

  All the papers in the Proceeding of IIHMSP-2006 had been indexed by Ei Compendex.

  Due to many requests from many researchers, the paper submission deadline is extended to March 10th, 2008.

  Due to the on-line submission system will meet the regular maintenance of the power system, which it locates on, the on-line paper submission service will be denial at 08:00 to 19:00 on February 16.
  And the email of the conference administration will also be turned down simultaneously.

  Paper Submission
  Papers are invited from prospective authors with interest on the related areas. Each paper should follow the IEEE paper format (DOC, LaTex Formatting Macros, PDF, PS) with title, authors' names, affiliations and email addresses, an up to 150-words abstract, and a two-column body with 4 single-spaced pages and with font size at 10 pts. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format only. Before submitting your papers, please register to get the user ID and password for the paper submission.
