There were a vast number of papers from related fields being submitted to ICGEC-2012. However, due to the space limitation imposed by the agreement with the publisher, the Conference Publishing Services of the IEEE Computer Society, only a limited number of papers can be included in the conference proceedings. According to the reports from anonymous reviewers, the lists of accepted papers are given below:

• It is required that, for each accepted paper, at least one of the authors registers and attends the conference.
• Please follow EXACTLY the online Author Guide (http://bit.kuas.edu.tw/~icgec12), provided by the Conference Publishing Services of the IEEE Computer Society and us, in the preparation of your camera-ready copies and copyright release forms. Please submit your camera-ready copies and copyright release forms by July 7, 2012.
• As a prerequisite of having your papers included in the proceedings, conference registration is due by July 7, 2012. Please refer to http://bit.kuas.edu.tw/~icgec12 for detailed information regarding the conference registration.

Due to the change in proceedings production schedule, we can not help to advance the due date for camera-ready copy and registration to July 7, 2012. We thank you for your kind cooperation in advance, and ask your pardon for the inconvenience it might cause to you.
