Before publishing your fine works at IEL, we demand your kind help to ensure the availability and the compatibility of your camera-ready copy. Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of IEEE Computer Society has already prepared an online Author Kit and enforces our authors to conduct the final submission via it. The IEEE PDF eXpress in Step 5 of CPS's Author Kit is out of service temporary.
Authors may generate the pdf with your preferred tools and proceed with Step 7 and 8 directly.
Please follow the formatting requirements of IEEE and set your pdf tools for maximal portability (including all fonts).
